- Sem bater, agregue a farinha peneirada com o fermento.
- Acrescente a clara em neve e envolva delicadamente.
- Despeje em fôrma própria para kugelhopf (23 cm de diâmetro x 10 cm de altura) untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno médio preaquecido (200°C) por 45 a 50 minutos ou até firmar. Retire do forno e reserve por 10 minutos.
- Faça furos no bolo com um garfo e regue com a calda quente.
- Aguarde 10 minutos e desenforme sobre um prato.
- Calda
- Ferva os ingredientes por 5 minutos em fogo médio.
