Moto de Preparo:
- Liquidifique todos os líquidos depois a farinha e o sal pra não pesar, finalize com o fermento e pulse só pra misturar. Montagem
- Numa fôrma untada e enfarinhada despeje 2/3 da massa, Na sequência vá depositando o recheio (frango, ou carne moída, ou etc…) em colheradas
- coloque em cima do recheio colheradas generosas de requeijão e cubra com muçarela.
- Cubra a muçarela com o restante da massa que sobrou e com ajuda de uma colher espalhe bem pra tampar todo o queijo. Salpique orégano e leve ao forno médio 200° por cerca de 40 minutos ou até que doure.
