Modo de Preparo:

  • Na véspera, coloque a carne-seca em uma tigela e cubra com água para dessalgar.
  • Troque a água por 3 vezes.
  • Coloque a carne-seca em uma panela, cubra com água e cozinhe por 10 minutos.
  • Espere amornar e desfie. Reserve. Cozinhe a mandioca em água até ficar macia.
  • Escorra e amasse com o garfo ou passe por um espremedor de batata.
  • Pré-aqueça o forno na temperatura média (180ºC).
  • Unte uma assadeira grande (40 x 28 cm).
  • Reserve. Em uma tigela grande, coloque o purê de mandioca e acrescente a maionese HELLMANN’S, o ovo, o sal e a carne-seca desfiada. Com o auxílio de 2 colheres (sopa), modele os bolinhos e coloque-os na assadeira reservada. Leve ao forno por 20 minutos ou até dourarem levemente.
