Ingredientes:

 ovos

1 xícara de açúcar

1 colher de sopa de canela em pó

1 dúzia de bananas

20 colheres de sopa de açúcar

20 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo

1 colher de sopa de fermento

Modo de preparo:

Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC e unte um pirex pequeno com manteiga.

Corte as bananas na transversal em três ou quatro partes, para ficarem meio finas.

Misture bem em uma tigela as 20 colheres de açúcar com as 20 colheres de farinha e o fermento.

Misture 4 ovos com 1 xícara de açúcar e a canela em outro recipiente.

Montagem

Comece forrando o pirex com 1 camada de bananas.

Com a ajuda de uma colher, polvilhe um pouco da mistura da farinha por cima das bananas.

Continue intercalando camadas de banana e farinha.

Quando terminar, despeje a mistura dos ovos, açúcar e canela por cima da torta.

Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 40 minutos, ou até que a torta pareça cozida.
