Ingredientes:

300 gramas de presunto fatiado

300 gramas de queijo mussarela fatiado

Catupiry à gosto

2 colheres de azeite

1 lata de molho de tomate

3 berinjelas grandes fatiadas bem finas

Azeitonas sem caroço cortadas

1 moí de coentro cortado em pedaços pequenos

Modo de preparo:

  • Coloque o forno para preaquecer, por aproximadamente 15 minutos em 180° C.
  • Unte com o azeite uma assadeira refratária, retangular.
  • Coloque um pouco de molho de tomate.
  • Coloque uma camada de berinjela fatiada.
  • Cubra com molho de tomate.
  • Salpique com azeitonas e coentro.
  • Coloque uma camada de presunto.
  • Acrescente uma camada de berinjela e a cubra com molho de tomate uma camada de mussarela.
  • Repita o processo para formar mais camadas, até o topo do refratário.
  • Coloque por cima da última camada o queijo catupiry e cubra a assadeira com papel alumínio.
  • Leve ao forno, preaquecido, por cerca de 30 minutos, para cozinhar.
  • Retire a lasanha do forno.
  • Retire o papel alumínio.
  • Volte a para o forno por mais 5 ou 10 minutos para gratinar.
