Ingredientes:

1 xícara de chá de farinha de trigo

2 colheres de manteiga ou margarina

1 copo de água fervente

3 xícaras de chá de farinha (até dar o ponto)

1 colher de sopa rasa de fermento de pão

1 ovo

2 colheres de sopa de açúcar

Sal a gosto

1 copo de água fria

1 xícara de chá de coco ralado

1 xícara de chá de açúcar

1 xícara de chá de água

1 colher de sopa de maisena

1 gema

Modo de preparo:

  • Coloca 1 xícara de farinha de trigo e a manteiga ou margarina em uma vasilha, mexa e acrescente a água fervente.
  • Misture bem.
  • Acrescente a água fria aos poucos, e depois o ovo, o açúcar e o sal.
  • Misture bem.
  • Coloque o fermento, mexa e vá acrescentando aos poucos o restante da farinha de trigo.
  • Misture bem e com calma, sem pressa.
  • Reserve.
  • Coloque 1 xícara de chá coco ralado, o açúcar e a água em uma panela e leve ao fogo, mexendo sempre até obter o ponto de um creme espesso.
  • Acrescente a colher de maisena diluída em água fria.
  • Terminado o cozimento, reserve e aguarde esfriar um pouco.
  • Coloque a massa do cuca em uma forma untada e enfarinhada, espalhando por toda a superfície.
  • Deixe crescer mais um pouco.
  • Na panela com o coco, acrescente uma gema misturando bem.
  • Despeje o recheio sobre a massa e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus.
  • Retire do fogo quando estiver dourado.
  • Sirva.
