  • 1 colher de sopa (bem cheia) de margarina cremosa
  • 1 colher de sopa de fermento químico
  • PARA O CARAMELO
  • 2 xícaras de chá de açúcar
  • 1 xícara de chá de água
  • 5 laranjas sem semente cortadas em rodelas

Modo de preparo:

  • Leve o açúcar com a água ao fogo até atingir o ponto de caramelo dourado.
  • Despeje a calda de caramelo quente em assadeira e espalhe no fundo e lados da forma e deixe esfriar.
  • Distribua as rodelas de laranja sobre o caramelo e reserve.
  • Bata os ovos com a margarina e o açúcar, junte a farinha intercalada com o leite e, por último, o fermento.
