Ingredientes

  • 200 gramas de cream cheese;
  • 55 gramas de manteiga sem sal;
  • 70 gramas de açúcar;
  • 80 ml de leite;
  • 90 gramas de farinha de trigo;
  • 70 gramas de açúcar;
  • 6 ovos;
  • Suco de meio limão siciliano;
  • Raspas de meio limão siciliano;
  • 1 pitadinha de sal;
  • água quente no banho maria.

Como fazer bolo nuvem do Japão

  1. Primeiramente, em uma panela coloque o leite, o cream cheese, o açúcar, a manteiga.
  2. Leve ao fogo baixo mexendo só até derreter os ingredientes, não é para ferver.
  3. Logo após, desligue o fogo e acrescente o sal, as 6 gemas peneiradas e raspas do limão siciliano, misture tudo muito bem.
  4. Em seguida, acrescente a farinha peneirada e misture bem com um fue.
  5. Logo após em uma batedeira coloque as claras, uma colher de sopa de suco de limão siciliano e 70 gramas de açúcar, bata até atingir ponto de neve.
  6. Logo depois, coloque um pouco das claras batida na mistura da panela e mexa delicadamente até incorporar.
  7. Depois acrescente o restante e misture delicadamente.
  8. Por fim, unte uma forma de 20 cm de diâmetro com papel manteiga só no fundo e acrescente a massa.
  9. Então, leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 170 graus por 40 minutos em banho maria.
  10. Após isso abaixe o fogo para 130 graus e deixe por mais 40 minutos.
  11. Depois desligue o fogo e deixe o bolo descansar no forno por 15 minutos.
  12. Em seguida é só servir o bolo nuvem do Japão.

Bolo Nuvem do Japão Low Carb

Ingredientes

  • 4 ovos grandes (separados em claras e gemas)
  • 1/4 colher de chá de cremor tártaro
  • 1/4 xícara de adoçante de sua preferência (por exemplo, eritritol ou xilitol)
  • 1/4 xícara de farinha de amêndoa
  • 1/4 xícara de farinha de coco
  • 1/2 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha
  • pitada de sal

Modo de Preparo

  1. Preaqueça o forno a 150°C e forre uma assadeira com papel manteiga.
  2. Em uma tigela grande, bata as claras com o cremor tártaro até formar picos firmes.
  3. Em outra tigela, misture as gemas, o adoçante, a farinha de amêndoa, a farinha de coco, o extrato de baunilha e a pitada de sal até formar uma mistura homogênea.
  4. Adicione cerca de 1/3 das claras batidas à mistura de gema e mexa delicadamente até incorporar completamente.
  5. Adicione o restante das claras batidas à mistura e misture delicadamente até que a massa esteja bem misturada.
  6. Coloque a massa na assadeira forrada e alise a superfície com uma espátula.
  7. Asse o bolo no forno preaquecido por cerca de 25 a 30 minutos, ou até que esteja levemente dourado e firme ao toque.
  8. Retire o bolo do forno e deixe esfriar completamente na assadeira antes de servir.
