Ingredientes:

180g de manteiga

180g de açúcar refinado

320g de farinha de trigo

40g de Leite Ninho

1 ovo

1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha

Modo de preparo:

Levar a manteiga cortada em cubos, a farinha, o açúcar e o leite ninho ao processador até que vire uma farofa.

Acrescentar o ovo ligeiramente batido com a essência de baunilha e voltar a processar até a massa ficar homogênea.

Colocar em plástico filme e levar à geladeira por no mínimo 1 hora.

Retirar da geladeira e remover o plástico.

Colocar a massa sobre uma folha de papel manteiga e cobri-la com outra folha de papel manteiga.

Abrir a massa em meio ao papel manteiga com rolo na espessura de aproximadamente ½ centímetro.

Cortar nos formatos desejados e voltar novamente a geladeira por mais 20 minutos antes de assar.

Assim que tirar da geladeira, leve imediatamente para o forno pré aquecido a 180º C por aproximadamente 20 minutos, ou até que estejam com as bordas ligeiramente douradas.

Espere esfriar e passe pelo leite em pó.
