Aprenda como fazer uma deliciosa Pipoca de leite ninho. Receita abaixo:

Ingredientes:

Meia xícara de chá de milho para pipoca

2 colheres de sopa de óleo

250 gramas de chocolate branco

1 xícara de chá de leite ninho

Modo de preparo:

  • Aqueça em uma panela grande o óleo e adicione o milho, quando começar a estourar abaixe o fogo, para não queimar.
  • Coloque a pipoca em um tigela grande, descartando os grãos que não estouraram e reserve.
  • Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria e faça a temperagem da forma que preferir.
  • Espalhe o chocolate sobre a pipoca.
  • Mexa com a ajuda de uma colher delicadamente, de baixo para cima, até que o chocolate envolva todas as pipocas.
  • Polvilhe o leite em pó e misture novamente, de baixo para cima, até que todas as pipocas estejam cobertas por ele.

5 colheres de sopa de milho para pipoca

4 colheres de açúcar

4 colheres de sopa de água

2 colheres de sopa de óleo

Modo de preparo:

Coloque todos os ingredientes na panela.

Coloque a tampa na panela e leve a fogo baixo.

Mexa a panela até estourar todo o milho.

Retire imediatamente da panela e despeje na tigela.

Espere esfriar um pouco e já pode servir.
