150 gramas de coco seco ralado ou em flocos

Cobertura

2 latas de leite condensado

4 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó

2 colher de sopa de manteiga

Coco seco em flocos para finalizar

Modo de preparo:

  • Recheio
  • Adicione em uma panela 2 latas de leite condensado.
  • Adicione 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga.
  • Adicione 150 gramas de coco seco em flocos.
  • Ligue em fogo médio/baixo e misture até ganhar consistência.
  • Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar.
  • Cobertura
  • Adicione em uma panela 2 latas de leite condensado.
  • Adicione 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga.
  • Adicione 4 colheres e sopa de cacau em pó.
  • Ligue no fogo médio/baixo e misture até ganhar consistência.
  • Desligue e deixe esfriar.

  • Adicione em um recipiente a farinha de trigo.
  • Adicione o cacau em pó.
  • Adicione o fermento.
  • Misture tudo.
  • Reserve.
  • Adicione manteiga em outro recipiente.
  • Adicione açúcar.
  • Adicione os ovos.
  • Adicione 1 xícara de leite integral.
  • Bata bem até formar um creme claro e uniforme.
  • Adicione a mistura dos ingredientes secos usando uma peneira.
  • Misture.
  • Passe a massa para 2 formas iguais untadas com manteiga e polvilhadas com cacau;
  • Leve para assar em forno a 180 graus por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
  • Deixe as massas esfriarem.
