Ingredientes:

1 ovo

1 colher de sopa de açúcar

1 colher de chá de sal

3 colheres de sopa de óleo

1 xícara de água morna

1/2 pacotinho de fermento biológico seco

500 gramas de farinha de trigo

Recheio a gosto

Modo de preparo: 

Em uma tigela misture todos os ingredientes, menos a farinha e o recheio.

Acrescente a farinha aos poucos.

Quando a massa começar a ficar pesada, coloque na bancada.

Sove por 10 minutos e divida em 3 partes.

Deixe descansar até dobrar de volume.

Abra as massas com um rolo e coloque em uma forma de pizza.

Preasse a massa por 5 minutos.

Recheie como desejar e retorne ao forno. Bom apetite.
