Pão Recheado com Frango e Requeijão

Ingredientes:

  • Ingredientes da Massa
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 xícara de chá de leite morno ou ambiente (pode ser água)
  • 1/4 de xícara de óleo
  • 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
  • 1/2 colher de sopa de sal
  • 1/2 pacotinho de fermento biológico seco (o pacotinho de 10 gramas)
  • +/- 1/2 kilo farinha de trigo
  • Recheio: desfie o frango na pressão com todos os temperos que você gostar, se necessário corte os fios pra ficarem bem curtinhos. Misture com molho de tomate e requeijão, quanto mais requeijão mais cremoso.

Modo de Preparo:

  1. Numa bacia junte todos os ingredientes deixando a farinha por último que deverá ser colocada aos poucos até a massa ficar macia, elástica e desgrudar das mãos. Sove muito bem! Se errar na farinha e a massa pesar vá pingando leite e sovando.
  2. Coloque pra crescer por +/- 1 hora ou até dobrar de volume, tampado com plástico ou pano de prato.
  3. Depois da massa crescida, coloque numa bancada, se necessário enfarinhada, divida a massa em duas partes iguais e com ajuda de um cilindro, ou copo, ou garrafa, estique cada parte até o tamanho do comprimento da sua fôrma, coloque o recheio no meio da massa de comprido, coloque fatias de queijo e fazendo um rolinho envolva o recheio, coloque as pontinhas das laterais e dos cantos pra baixo na fôrma.
  4. Pincele gema de ovo, deixe descansar em local aquecido por 30 minutos e asse em forno médio 200° por cerca de 25 minutos ou até que doure.
  5. Recomendado não enrolar como rocambole, senão a massa que ficar dentro não assa. Apenas envolva o recheio, como se fosse pão recheado. Essa massa pode ser usada para esfirra, pizza, enroladinho de queijo, de salsicha e tudo mais que for assado
