INGREDIENTES:

  • 4 ovos
  • 180ml de óleo
  • 200ml de água quente
  • 2 xícaras de chá de açúcar
  • 1 xícara de chá de chocolate em pó
  • 2 e ½ xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo
  • 1 colher de sopa de essência de baunilha (opcional)
  • 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó
  • ½ colher de chá de sal

MODO DE PREPARO:

  1. Em uma tigela, misture o açúcar, o chocolate em pó e a farinha de trigo, com um fouet.
  2. Adicione os ovos, o óleo, a água quente, a essência de baunilha e o sal e misture até obter uma massa homogênea.
  3. Por último, adicione o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente.
  4. Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada.⠀
  5. Leve para assar em forno médio preaquecido por cerca de 45 minutos.
  6. Retire do forno, espere amornar e desenforme.
  7. Sirva sozinha ou com a cobertura de sua preferência!
