MASSA

  • 4 ovos
  • 3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite
  • 1 colher (chá) de fermento

RECHEIO

  • 1 litro de leite
  • 1 lata de leite condensado
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de maizena
  • 1 gema
  • 1 caixinha de creme de leite

COBERTURA

  • 1 barra de chocolate
  • 1 lata de creme de leite

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Inicie fazendo o recheio.
  2. Coloque os ingredientes em uma panela e leve ao fogo, mexendo sempre até virar um mingau grosso. Reserve.
  3. Quando o recheio estiver frio comece a fazer o bolo.
  4. Separe as gemas das claras e bata as claras em neve.
  5. Em outra vasilha coloque as gemas, o açúcar e a manteiga e bata até formar um creme, depois acrescente o leite, a farinha de trigo e, por último, o fermento e as claras em neve.
  6. Use uma forma de 40×28 grande untada e enfarinhada, despeje metade da massa, o recheio e, por cima, a outra metade da massa.
  7. Asse em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus.
  8. Depois do bolo assado, derreta o chocolate, junte o creme de leite e cubra o bolo.
  9. Espere a cobertura firmar, corte o bolo em quadradinhos, embrulhe em papel alumínio e guarde na geladeira.
