COMO PREPARAR PÃOZINHO DOCE COM CREME

Creme de confeiteiro

  1. Coloque o leite e o pó para creme de confeiteiro em uma panela e misture bem.⁣
  2. Ligue o fogo e mexa sem parar, quando começar a engrossar, mexa mais uns dois minutinhos.⁣

  3. A massa não pode ficar muito dura e nem seca, tem que ficar bem macia;
  4. Sove por pelo menos 15 minutos;
  5. Depois coloque um pano de prato em cima da vasilha e deixe a massa cresce em um lugar quentinho (dentro do forno desligado, por exemplo);
  6. Depois que a massa dobrar de tamanho, espalhe farinha em uma superfície para modelar os pãezinhos;
  7. Vá modelando e colocando na assadeira, depois que modelar todos, deixe crescer novamente;
  8. Em seguida faça o corte em cima (tem que ser um gilete bem afiado), pincele gema com um pingo de leite em cima;
  9. Coloque o creme de confeiteiro e leve pra assar em forno médio preaquecido até ficarem dourados.⁣⁣

Opcional: pincelar leite condensado e polvilhar como ralado.
