MODO DE PREPARO:

  1. Leve a manteiga e o chocolate ao micro-ondas ou banho-maria para derreter.
  2. Adicione os ovos misturando com uma espátula de silicone.
  3. Adicione o açúcar e por último a farinha, o sal e o fermento peneirados.
  4. Coloque na forma forrada com papel manteiga e asse em forno preaquecido à 180°C, por aproximadamente 25 minutos, ou até formar uma casquinha e começar a soltar das laterais da forma.
  5. Deixe esfriar, desenforme e reserve.

Fudge:

  1. Derreta o chocolate e adicione os outros ingredientes.
  2. Misture bem com uma espátula

Montagem:

  1. Forre a forma onde assou o brownie com um saco plástico.
  2. Coloque o brownie dentro da forma e cubra com o fudge de morango.
  3. Leve à geladeira de um dia para o outro ou ao freezer por 2 horas.
