1 alface

Meia cebola

Sal a gosto

Pimenta a gosto

1 xícara de chá de trigo para quibe

5 folhas de hortelã

1 pepino

2 tomates

1 limão

1 maço de cebolinha e salsinha

Peito de frango cozinho em fatias (opcional)

Modo de preparo:

Coloque o trigo para quibe de molho em um recipiente com água por cerca de 30 minutos.

Tire o trigo do molho e esprema para sair o excesso de água.

Pique o tomate, a cebola, o pepino, hortelã, as ervas e a alface em pedaços bem pequenos.

Misture em um recipiente e tempere com o sal, o limão, a pimenta e o azeite.

Mexa bem e guarde na geladeira por 2 horas.

Regue com azeite, o suco de limão e sal.

Misture em uma travessa forrada com as folhas de alface.

Adicione as fatias de peito de frango (opcional).
