Aprenda a fazer um delicioso Pão de alho de queijo. Receita abaixo:

Ingredientes:

1 Pão (baguete)

2 dentes alho (picados)

Salsinha picada

Manjericão picado

Orégano

40 g manteiga

1 colher de sopa de Queijo a gosto ralado ( Poderá usar outros recheios a gosto )

2 colheres de sopa Vinagre

6 colheres de sopa Azeite extravirgem

Modo de preparo:

  • Comece sua receita misturando no liquidificador a manteiga, o azeite e o vinagre até obter uma mistura bem homogênea, com aparência de maionese.
  • Acrescente o alho bem picadinho, o orégano e o manjericão e misture muito bem.
  • Se gostar do alho mais inteirinho, não precisa bater essa segunda etapa no liquidificador, só misturar na mão.
  • Corte o pão em fatias, disponha-as em uma forma e espalhe o molho preparado sobre cada uma.
  • Coloque o queijo e salpique a salsinha por cima.
  • Leve ao forno preaquecido a 200 graus até que o queijo esteja bem derretido e o pão esteja dourado.
  • Espere dourar, retire e sirva.
