Como fazer pão caseiro na AirFryer e Pão doce caseiro fofinho

Modo de preparo 

  1. Numa tigela coloque o leite condensado e a água morna, misture bem. Adicione o fermento biológico e misture um pouco mais para homogeneizar. 
  2. Acrescente a farinha de trigo, aos poucos, e misture bem com um fouet até o ponto de amassar com as mãos até obter o ponto ideal.
  3. O ponto correto é de uma massa não muito pesada, e gruda só um pouco nas mãos. Fica um pouquinho grudenta mas isso é normal. 
  4. Coloque numa tigela, cubra com plástico filme, e deixe crescer, mas não precisa dobrar de volume. 
  5. Transfira para uma bancada enfarinhada, e pressione levemente para retirar todo o ar da massa. 
  6. Pegue uma porção de massa, abra com as mãos, modele um pequeno retângulo, coloque o recheio, e enrole como um rocambole apertando bem para ficar vedado.
  7. Repita o processo com o restante da massa, disponha os mini rocamboles em pé, uma ao lado do outro, dentro de uma forma (24 cm de diâmetro) de furo central untada levemente com óleo.
  8. Talvez seja necessário uma segunda forma para assar todos os pãezinhos.
  9. Cubra com um pano, deixe dobrar de volume e asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por 35 minutos. 
  10. Retire do forno, pincele com a calda água+açúcar, polvilhe coco ralado, deixe esfriar e desenforme. 
  11. E agora é só saborear essa gostosura de pão doce caseiro!
