Ingredientes:

1 lata e meia de leite condensado

3 potes de iogurte natural

Manteiga sem sal

Geleia pronta de sua preferência pra cobertura Morango para decorar

Modo de preparo:

  • Preaqueça o forno a 200ºC.
  • Unte uma forma, com furo no meio, com manteiga sem sal.
  • Bata por cinco minutos no liquidificador o leite condensado e o iogurte.
  • Peneire o creme sobre a forma untada, para retirar o excesso de bolinhas que forma.
  • Leve ao forno preaquecido por aproximadamente 45 minutos.
  • Depois de esfriar, cubra com papel filme e leve à geladeira por quatro horas.
  • Desenforme e coloque a cobertura da geleia escolhida.
  • Decore com morango.
  • Sirva.
