Ingredientes:

1 xícara de farinha de milho (fubá)

1/3 xícara de coco ralado fino sem açúcar

1 colher de sopa de fermento químico

2 ovos

1 leite de coco

2/3 xícara de açúcar demerara

2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco

Modo de preparo:

  • Bata os ovos, leite, óleo e açúcar no liquidificador.
  • Adicione a farinha e coco e bata também.
  • Por ultimo adicione o fermento, misture e despeje em uma forma untada.
  • Leve para assar por cerca de 30 minutos a 180ºC.
  • Para a cobertura de coco, bata os ingredientes abaixo no liquidificador.
  • 1/3 da xícara de manteiga de coco derretido.
  • 1/3 do leite de coco morno.
  • 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar demerara.
  • Retire o bolo e cubra com a cobertura.
  • Sirva.
