Ingredientes:

1 xícara de água

8 colheres de sopa de achocolatado em pó light

2 ovos

1 xícara e meia de açúcar light ou açúcar mascavo

Meia xícara de óleo de canola

2 colheres de sopa rasa de fermento para bolo

1 xícara de farinha integral

1 xícara de farinha de chia

3 colheres de sopa de leite desnatado

3 colheres de açúcar mascavo

1 colher de margarina

4 colheres de achocolatado light

5 colheres de sopa de grãos de chia

Modo de preparo:

  • Adicione um refratário as 8 colheres de sopa de achocolatado em pó light e uma xícara de água fervente.
  • Reserve.
  • Em um recipiente misture os ovos, o açúcar mascavo e o óleo.
  • Adicione a mistura preparada com água e achocolatado e em seguida acrescente a farinha integral e a farinha de chia, misture bem até a massa ficar homogênea e acrescente o fermento.
  • Despeje a massa em uma forma circular untada e coloque para assar em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
  • Em uma frigideira adicione o leite desnatado, o açúcar mascavo, a margarina, o achocolatado e os grãos chia, mecha até ferver.
  • Então espalhe ainda quente sobre o bolo.
  • Sirva.
