1 xícaras de farinha de coco ou aveia ou amêndoas

1 gema peneirada

1 caixa de creme de leite

2 gemas

100 g de coco ralado

1 xícara de açúcar

Coco ralado grosso para decorar

1 colher de sopa amido de milho maisena

3 claras

1 caixa de creme de leite

Modo de preparo:

  • Misture todos os ingredientes colocando a manteiga aos poucos até dar o ponto de massa podre.
  • Forre o fundo de uma forma removível com a massa.
  • Leve ao forno 200 graus por cerca de 15 a 20 minutos até ficar dourada.
  • Reserve.
