Ingredientes para fazer Repolho cremoso gratinado com creme de milho:
- REFOGADO DE REPOLHO
- ½ repolho branco grande
- 2 dentes de alho picados
- ½ cebola picada
- 1 colher de sopa de azeite de oliva
- 1 colher de sopa de manteiga
- sal e pimenta do reino (a gosto)
- páprica defumada ou picante (a gosto)
- cheiro verde (a gosto)
- CREME DE MILHO
- 1 lata de milho verde (drenado)
- 1 xícara de leite líquido
- 1 colher de sopa de amido de milho
- 1 caixa de creme de leite
- GRATINADO
- 200 gramas de queijo muçarela ralado
- queijo parmesão ralado (a gosto)
- ervas finas (a gosto – opcional)
Como fazer Repolho cremoso gratinado com creme de milho:
1 Corte o repolho em tiras finas e reserve.
2 Numa panela funda aqueça o azeite de oliva e refogue a cebola picada por alguns minutos até ela murchar um pouco. Adicione a manteiga e o alho e refogue mais um pouco.
Dica: O alho comum poderá ser substituído por alho poró.
3 Acrescente o repolho e tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e páprica. Refogue por aproximadamente 10 minutos ou até o repolho murchar e ficar bem macio.
Dica: Se quiser incluir outro tipo de tempero, fique à vontade!
4 No liquidificador bata os ingredientes do creme de milho por cerca de 3 minutos ou até ficar bem liso e homogêneo (milho, leite, amido de milho e creme de leite).
Dica: Neste momento, pré aqueça o forno a 200 graus.
5 Acrescente cheiro verde ao refogado de repolho e despeje o creme de milho batido, misturando bem.
6 Deixe cozinhando em fogo baixo por aproximadamente 5 minutos ou até ficar bem cremoso. Mexa de vez em quando para não grudar no fundo da panela.
7 Depois disso transfira o repolho cremoso com creme de milho para um refratário untado com azeite de oliva, polvilhe queijo muçarela, queijo parmesão e ervas finas. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por cerca de 25 minutos ou até gratinar.
